  • How do I sign up?

    From our Sign Up page or click the sign up button just above and to the right. All you need to do is provide us with your first and last name, email address, a username and desired password. After you have completed the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link in this email will complete the sign up process.

  • My confirmation email hasn't arrived.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    • Check your email spam or junk folder or filter.
    • Check that you're trying to log in from the correct email address.
    • If you're still having trouble after the above steps, please get in touch.

  • I get an error using the confirmation email.

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    1. First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).
    2. If you are unable to log in, copy and paste the full link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.
    3. If you're still having trouble after the above steps, please get in touch.

    No problem, that's easily fixed by resetting your password.

    All this can be done easily through your settings tab, where you can change such things as your name, email address etc.
