Once a boat owner or boat user has made a booking and payment via The Waypoint you’ll receive all their contact details, payment information and boat specifics via email.

The booking confirmation email from you will include useful information about the berth including directions, photos, gate codes and navigation hazards.

You can take payments for berths round the clock, as boat owners and boat users can book berths online up to 12 months advance as well as last minute.
